I called Vans today and they asked me to measure the width of the skin.

On the bottom is about 1 7/8".

...and 1 11/16 on the top.

I sent these photos to Vans and they figured out that the skin was bent incorrectly. They're gonna send out a new skin. I also ordered a new bottom rib since I didn't like the reliefs that I had filed previously.
