These pictures really should go with the ones on the next page, but these happened before midnight. I'm working on the scarf joints at the skin overlap. This is a real pain in the ass. I started doing this with a file, then switched to a scotchbrite disc, then finally to my Black and Decker random orbit sander.

These came out OK, but the sander tends to round the edge over. Not sure I like that.
