Fuel tank trap doors

While working on the trap doors for the second-to-inboard most ribs, I was cutting a piece of hinge when my bandsaw blade broke. DOH!

When I took the cover of the bandsaw off to change the blade, I found that these guide pins for the upper wheel tensioning mechanism had backed out. I cleaned them up, tapped them back into place, installed the new blade, and was back up and running.

After about 2 1/2 hours, I got the first trap door fabricated and installed.

The door works great!

Another 1 1/2 hours later, I got the other trap door done.
