I match drilled the right canopy deck to the right longeron. The overhang of the canopy deck worked out just as well as the other longeron. It's probably within +/-.002 inch of .032 inch overhang.

Afterward, I trimmed the right canopy deck per the plans. I'll do the left one tomorrow.
