This image is actually carried over from last night. Since it worked out so well to get the outside profiles perfectly matched during the sanding and filing process, I thought I'd do the same thing with the lightening holes. I used a burr mounted in my drill press.

Well today is Thanksgiving...turkey day (or tofurkey day if you're a vegetarian like me) so I won't be working on the plane. We're going to Dayton to visit Kerin's family so I'll have to pick this up on Friday. Happy Thanksgiving!
