Here's the left gear weldment in place. Looks great! I'll get the powder coating redone, so no one will ever know. ;-)

The right gear weldment fits better, but has a slight gap. It's also pushing the side skin out slightly. I worked on this fit for a while tonight and did some cutting with the abrasive disc and die grinder on this one too. Hopefully Mark will be willing to help me out yet again. I think a donut purchase is in my future as a "thank you" to our welding expert. :-)
