Floor and armrest stiffeners

Today I went into work, bent the new floor stiffeners using the joggle tooling, then trimmed and filed them to length. I also transferred the holes from the large angle brackets and the brackets at the aft end (not pictured).

They're clecoed in place ready for some rivets.

After picking up Kody, we worked on adding some stiffeners to the arm rests. It's pretty common to have bent arm rests, so I'll be adding a piece of angle to stiffen them up.

First task was to round over the vertex of my last stick of 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/16 angle so this angle will nest into the radius of the existing flange bend on the armrest. I used a 1/8 inch roundover bit in my router. Came out great!
