Well, I'm working the night shift at work, so my afternoons are free. In need of a
riveting partner I was fortunate enough to enlist the help of my friend, Tom Webster.
Tom has already completed his RV-7A, and I've seen how nice his plane came out,
so I felt totally comfortable with his riveting skills. His timing was spot-on!
We got all the bulkheads riveted before Tom had to head out to get ready for
Oshkosh. Thanks, Tom!
One area which I wasn't totally happy with was where the aft top skin riveted to the
F-708 bulkhead. It seems the bulkhead was a bit low causing the skin to pull in a little
at each rivet. I'm gonna have to think about whether I want to change this or not.
