This past weekend I designed some plans to (hopefully) allow precise bending of the joggle clips. Today after work I spent about 5 hours on one of the milling machines making these bars. I still need to get some .187 diameter rod to insert in these bars, but hopefully I can find that at Home Depot tomorrow before our EAA chapter's director's meeting.
