Jig for trimming canopy frame components

I spent about 2.5 hours this evening figuring out how much material needs to be trimmed off these curved members in order to allow the correct gap for Sikaflex attachment of the canopy to the canopy frame. After determining the correct measurements, I made up this jig to hold these components in place referenced off the tooling holes. Once each part is clamped in position I'll just use the miter saw to trim the ends.

Here the ends are clamped ready for trimming. It's too late by now (11:30pm) so I'll double check my numbers in the morning and trim them afterward. Hopefully using this jig will create very consistent results so all the pieces will be identical.
