Kody and I cut out these plates today. They will become bellcrank mechanisms for the tipup popup modification I'm planning. After dropping Kody off at home, I decided to finish them up.

After drilling a pilot hole in the top plate of the stack, I clamped the four plates together while using a stub of tubing to center them all up. This will ensure the plates are all identical.

All plates have been drilled through with a #12 bit.

With a bolt through the stack to keep everything aligned, it's time to work on contouring the outside of these bellcranks.
