Today I match drilled the floor panels to the stiffeners.

...same for the other floor panel.

With a simple drilling block, I drilled all the holes for the screws which will attach the stainless brackets to the floor panels.

This one was a little too long, so I had to trim it off. A cutting disc in the die grinder made quick work of it.

...much better.

One floor panel has been match drilled to the stainless brackets.

...and the other.

Then the pilot holes were opened up from #40 to #19 for the #8 screws.

I borrowed my friend, Brent's, nutplate jig which made drilling these for nutplates quick and easy.
