Well, my friend, Scott, came over this evening to motivate me and help on the project. We worked for quite a while trying to come up with a good way to run a continuous piece of tubing from the fuel valve to the outside of the fuselage. After a while, we gave up and reverted to plan B...put an AN union between separate sections of tubing. We made lots of test bends and took lots of measurements. Here's the final product for the inboard pieces of tubing. These came out great, but it was late in the evening by the time we got done. Hard to believe this represents two engineers working for five or six hours.

Here's the scrap we generated. Fortunately I purchased a 50 ft. roll of tubing, so I'm not in danger of running out. Thanks for all the help, Scott. It was great having company and another person to discuss ideas with.
