After getting back from Oshkosh, it was time to get back to work on the brake lines. I wasn't happy with the slight kink in the brake line going from the parking brake valve to the left landing tear weldment, so I decided to make up a special bending block. I first drilled these concentric holes to fit the tubing sleeve.

Then cut at the line.

Unfortunately when I tried routing the groove for the tubing, the router base slipped off the part snd gouged the heck out of my workpiece. Arg.
