The front flange of the tunnel cover needs a shim...but because the floor panels overlap, the thickness of the shim varies from side to side.

So, I filed the shim thickness down.

Fits nicely, now.

I noticed these rivets will need a bit of clearance at the aft edge of the tunnel cover.
