It took a while to make up the outer pieces. Here, you can see the top edge of the outer pieces is aligned with the top edge of the inner pieces.

After spraying the individual parts with mold release, I installed them with the lid on the mold. My order of additional fiberglass cloth arrived today, so I should be able to do this layup in the morning.
