Riveting popup tipup arms

Today, I riveted the arms together. I used AN426AD4-10.5 rivets.

After squeezing them with the squeezer, I used the C-frame and rivet gun to smash the shop heads flat enough to fill up the countersinks. Both sides of these arms need to be smooth, so the rivets need to be flush on both sides. The shop heads stick up a bit, even after aggressive forming with the gun, so I'll have to file these heads smooth.

Here's the first arm with rivet shop heads filed smooth.

A bit of touchup filing was needed for the manufactured head side as well.

Both arms filed smooth. Of course, I'll need to re-prime these surfaces.
