Building up canopy frame weldment tube

The epoxy and flox I globbed onto the top of the canopy frame weldment tube had cured overnight.

I used my 4 ft aluminum level with some sandpaper taped to the bottom to sand the top surface of the buildup. The firewall and forward bow of the canopy frame weldment acted as guides to allow me to sand the top surface of the buildup just down to the point where it is collinear with them.

There were some low points, but the sanding went pretty well.

Last item for today was to fill in the low spots, and add more buildup to the curved portions of the tube.
