While that first part is being annealed, I decided to make a second part, but this time I'm clamping the piece flat to the flat side of the forming block...

...and pounding the flange over on the curved side.

Made up some toe clamps to prevent the ruffles from moving around when beating on them with the mallet. By this time, this attempt was ready for re-annealing.
