Oven testing

Ordered some new stainless steel which arrived today, so I made a new, improved duct. This one differs from the first duct in two main areas:

  1. The parts are a much better fit...not warped, and reduced gaps.
  2. I added a "roof" to the duct so that the air wouldn't be exposed to the ceramic brick while moving from the back of the oven to the front.

We'll see how it works tomorrow.
