While heat treating the right side flange for the sub panel, I decided to check the current draw of the oven. I had calculated a current of around 16.7 amps. Actual current appears slightly higher, 17.6 amps. So, at 220 VAC, the oven is putting out ~3.9 kW.

After solution heat treatment and quenching, I tweaked, trimmed, and deburred this top flange.
