With blue tape in place (not shown here) to prevent shavings from scratching up the panel, I countersunk all the rivet holes for the panel stiffening angle.

Found my canopy frame stiffening kit.

Then spent ~5 hours painstakingly deburring these canopy frame stiffeners. The middle one went quickly, but all the edges of the outer two took a ton of time. Came out well.
