I decided to reduce the width of the anti-rotate tabs on these bolts for the popup tipup arms. The prior width was overkill.

I then riveted these rib brakcets together and to the firewall. I then temporarily fitted a couple of the popup tipup mechanism housings and a piece of 1/2" diameter 4130 tubing to determine the spacing for a bearing block to support the left end of that shaft.
