Put the canopy skin gap strip in place in preparation for drilling it to the sub panel flanges. Once correctly positioned, I clamped it to the flanges...

Then disassembled the structure sufficiently to extract the strip and flanges and match drill the strip.

This center rib needs a bit of additional clearance for the strip.

That's better.

Same treatment for match drilling the strip to the left side curved flange. All clamped up, then remove, and match drill the strip through the existing holes in the flange.

With the right side similarly clamped up, I could see my curve wasn't quite right. This is going to require some shims.

Carefully measured with feeler gauges what shims are required at each location. I'll fabricate these tomorrow.
