Drilled the main pivot point of the popup tipup arms up to 3/8" diameter to accomodate some bronze bushings. Actually drilled them to 23/64, then reamed the last .015 to final size at .375.

...then used the vise to press these bronze bushings in place.

Also drilled the gooseneck arms up to 3/8" diameter...again using a reamer for the final dimension. Note, I have a couple rods laying in the gullet of the goose neck arms to act as a visual guide so I can drill as straight as possible.

Used the squeezer with flat sets to press these bronze bushings into place.
