Time to layout and drill the aft canopy bow to the side angle at the aft end of the side rails.

Laid ou the holes and drilled to #40. These will be drilled to #30 later. Note, my drill spacing is somewhat different than what Van's specified because the aft canopy bow is about 1/4" narrower to accomodate SikaFlex adhesive for attaching the canopy.

I temporarily clamped the skin on the side rails to ensure the whole frame was correctly positioned in the left-right direction...

...so that I could repeat the process on the right side.

Nice transition between side rail skins and turtledeck skin. :-)
