Not sure why I took this photo...

For the gas strut stop bearing brackets and also the aft gas strut mounts, it's going to be difficult to screw these on if I have to reach around the back side to install nuts and washers. Instead of that, I decided to make these little plates to attach nutplates.

For some reason, the holes in the panel no longer match up to the holes in the brackets. I'm going to have to remove these and fabricate and install new brackets.

Installed the gas struts for the first time. Looks pretty neat!
