These AN-4 bolts have a minimum head thickness of .140". That's what I'm setting up the wear plate to accomodate. These particular bolts, however, were somewhat thicker, so I sanded then polished the heads with a slight curvature until they were .140" thick.

I also molded the other bearing for the other gas strut stop so I can fine tune the design of the gas strut stop plate for this side.
