The tabs on these retaining strips need to be joggled fairly precisely in order to be a good fit for the thickness of the window, so I did a bit of investigation into the springback behavior of this .025 thick 2024-T3 aluminum. Here I attempted to make a 90 degree bend, and it ended up around 77 degrees.

Tooling modified to bend 103 degrees resulted in a nice 90 degree bend.
