I stopped at Lowe's to pick up a bag of 1/8" diameter screen spline...

...to use as a 1/8" spacer between the roll bar and the canopy. This is the minimum recommended thickness bead of Sikaflex for this size installation.

Update: It looked like I needed to have a slightly thicker spacer on the canopy frame roll bar so that there would be sufficient bead thickness on the fixed roll bar. I went with a .156 diameter spline instead.

The Sika came in and I'm going to try to find a long, thin nozzle for the adhesive inside the canopy where it meets the glare shield. The thread on these SikaFlex 295 UV cartridges is M15 x 1.5. I had requested this info from Sika, but never heard back.

This trim was marked and cut to permit the canopy to sit down onto the 1/8" spline.
