Jo was over, and we decided to work on the positive mold for forming what will later become the lower, forward compartments. Spent some time talking, measuring, and discussing and came up with a plan.

Jo and I used some particle board to make the necessary pieces.

He then rounded over all the necesary corners.

Stapled the mold pieces down to another piece of particle board used as a backer, and filled the staple divots with putty.
