Back when I primed the overlapping area of this baggage bulkhead, I wasn't sure what I was going to do regarding interior paint. Well, it now seems my approach is just to use the Sherwin Williams industrial wash primer covered with Rustoleum satin black. So, I spent some time smoothing the edge of the paint line where I had previously sprayed this primer. I also scuffed the entirety of the bare areas of the bulkhead and some other areas not shown.
