After studying the plans and instructions for a good while, I marked out the forward and aft ends of the gradual bends and the sharp downward bends on the two longerons. I also put marks at 1 inch intervals for the gradual bend. Here I've got the right longeron clamped up in the vise ready to start bending (starting at the aft end and working forward). Before starting to beat on it, I decided to go do some research on the net to make sure I wasn't about to do something dumb.
