The soft-touch paint on my Lightspeed headset had spontaneously become sticky making
it essentially unusable. So having previously taken it apart and sanded all the old
paint off, it was time to repaint. I'm sure it won't look as nice as original, but
it should at least provide additional life. Very disappointing that a (supposedly)
high-end headset should suffer such problems. The paint wasn't the only problem. The
Strain reliefs are pretty much disintegrating as well, but I'm not fixing those at
this time. Here I'm masking the electronics before painting.
Painted the earcup frames and all the other little pieces that were previously sticky.
